Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital to be set up in Seemandhra

It's a busy Tuesday for birthday boy-'Legend' Balakrishna who recently donned into new role as Member of Legislative Assembly representing Hindupur Constituency. The day incidentally happens to be the successful 50th Day of his recent blockbuster Legend and 54th birthday of him. Balayya had a quite hectic schedule yesterday, meeting his fans from various parts of the two States, partyworkers from Hyderabad, Hindupur and posing pictures with them, cutting cakes and celebrating every moment with his near and dears. Yet it didn't deter Balayya to participate in the celebrations of Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

Celebrating with kids, patients and doctors of the hospital, Chairman of Cancer Hospital Balayya spent extra-time with kids, patients. He offered special gifts to kids. Speaking to media, Balayya made it clear that he gently "declined" the Cabinet minister post. Balayya said that there only two things in his mind presently - 1. To solve all the problems in Hindupur and 2. To establish a new branch of Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital in Andhra Pradesh. Balakrishna said that he would discuss the latter point in boardroom meeting and find a suitable location to set up new branch of Indo-American Cancer Hospital in Seemandhra.

Balayya said that he chalked out a special plan to eradicate drinking water scarcity problem in Hindupur. He said that he hold deliberations with booth-level partyworkers to solve various issues. Meanwhile, Balayya have big plans for Hindupur. Since Hindupur in Anantapur district is close to Bangalore, software destination, he want to develop Hindupur into a Hardware hub. Balakrishna is keen to invite top MNCs to set up in Hindupur and offer jobs to local youth. He said that he is going to set up NTR Skill Development Institute in Hindupur which train youth in required technical skills and to meet industrial needs. Balayya thanked all his fans, well-wishers, partyworkers. On parting note, Balayya said he is fortunate to play 3 'Big' roles in his life as MLA, Chairman of Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, and as Film Star. That's Balayya Babu.
