Chiru's sensational comments on Pawan!

Actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi has made sensational comments on his own brother Pawan Kalyan who recently floated Jana Sena Party. Amid reports that Pawan Kalyan is going to join Narendra Modi brigade and support BJP, Congress Campagin Committee Chiru has strongly reacted. He declared his brother Pawan Kalyan as his political opponent. "As a political-rival and president of opponent party, surely he (Pawan) is my antagonist. We will fight with him like we will do with all other opponents in Andhra Pradesh," Chiru concluded, challenging that his younger brother is another opponent for him. However, Chiru added that his blessings will always be with Pawan.

"Can you control your own son? If you have three sons each one will tread in their own path to realize their dreams. I always give freedom to Pawan's thoughts, vision and ideologies. He is free to do what he wants to for the sake of serving society, I will not monitor him," said Chiru while talking about Pawan Kalyan and his Jana Sena.

Although Chiru trying to 'act' as a "democrat", the big question is why did Chiru send Naga Babu to pass a video message to fans a day before Pawan's speech. Why did Chiru try his best to stop Pawan? Now that Pawan has floate his outfit snubbing Chiru, Chiru is making moves to project himself as democrat.

Chiru-Pawan face-off?

The alleged rift between brothers Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan, the two powerful faces of Andhra Pradesh politics and films, is back to the fore. This time the rift seems to be out in the open when the latter avoided a vis-a-vis with the former during the muhurat of Varun Tej's debut film that took place Today (Feb 27, 2014) in Hyderabad.

Amid reports of Chiranjeevi vying up for the Chief Minister post, Pawan Kalyan avoiding a face-to-face interaction with his elder brother gained much significance in both film and political circles. That's not all. Taking everyone by surprise, Pawan abruptly decided to walk out of the event without informing Chiru and others. "Pawan Kalyan left the venue even before Chiru's speech to media and fans," said an eye-witness. This even surprised many of the fans who were present there.

Pawan is apparently quite saddened the way Chiru is heading in politics. Kalyan is of the opinion that Chiru must quit his Union Ministry post and quit Congress as the party played with the sentiments of people of both regions. "Pawan had been reluctant to the merger of Praja Rajyam Party into Congress. He always wanted Chiru to stay away from Congress. If Praja Rajyam Party would have been alive now, the scene of present Andhra Pradesh and the upcoming elections would have been totally different. If Chiru is so much in love with Congress, he should have acted like Aam Aadmi Party who just had a tie-up, rather than merging it. Above all, still Chiru is with Congress which might not go well with Pawan. Kalyan might be wanting Chiru to quit Congress and restart Praja Rajyam Party at least now," pointed out a political observer. Andhra Pradesh politics would turn interesting if Chiru resumes PRP. Of course, that's still far from the reality. Let's see whether Chiru and Pawan call for truce by burying their hatchet.

'Double Hit' Eluding Mega Heroes Since 1998

Releasing two flicks in the same calendar year and scoring blockbusters with both of them is what we call a 'double hit'. This feat is not happening after the golden year 1998, and mega camp is seriously thinking about it.

At a time when Megastar Chiranjeevi is in best of his form, he delivered Baavagaru Bagunnaru and Chudalandi Vundi in the same year, ie 1998. Both the movies are super hits at box office without any looking back. In the same year, Pawan too released his Suswagatham and Toliprema whose hits have catapulted him into a new star in the making. But after 16 years of that feat, Mega heroes are still struggling to score one such 'phenomenon' again.

In 2013, Charan came with Nayak and Thoofan, and only there is one hit. Of course, this year he got scope if Krishna Vamsi's movie releases. For Allu Arjun, he released Varudu and Vedam in 2010 and got disappointed. So, which mega hero is going to give a double hit now? With Chiru out of the game, we have to see how his family members take the onus of recreating that magic, which is eluding them since 1998.

Celebs including Rajnikanth, Chiranjeevi, Mohan Lal, Balayya, Venkatesh, Radhika, Radha, Suhasini, Suman, Ramya Krishna and others are attending this event. Every year, there will be a theme for these actor friends to wear for the party and this time it is 'Hawaiian theme'. Talented actor Mohan Lal held this year's party at his beach side property in Trivandrum.

Chiranjeevi Helped Drunken Drive Actor?

When in power and holding an important position in society, it is natural that such individuals are approached for help and support. It varies from individual to individual whether they stick their neck out or not.

From a long time, this discussion has been making rounds about Chiranjeevi and his helping nature.

The general talk is that Chiru is a very unapproachable man in terms of favors. So now, a discussion is happening on whether he would bail out his close friend.

We are talking about actor Raja Ravindra. Apparently, he and Chiranjeevi are quite close and recently Raja Ravindra got caught by police for drunken driving.

Many are discussing if Chiru will help Raja or will he be just normal as usual. The drunken drive thing has become very strict and if caught it brings 6 months prison with penalty.

For now, it is heard that Raja Ravindra is getting some counseling from the cops so we have to see if the megastar will make his entry or not.
