Till date, only Superstar Mahesh and Mega Powerstar Ram Charan are largely spoken when it comes to the upcoming Dasara season. Their movies are hitting the tinsel town on that eve, Mahesh's Aagadu on Sep 15th and Charan's Govindudu Andarivadele on October 1st. But this feat will not be a cake walk for them, if we bring two other star heroes into the scene.
Aagadu and Govindudu have simply got their things set nicer by meticulously planning a two week gap. Much to their surprise, on the eve of Independence Day and the ensuing weekend, Jr NTR's Rabhasa and Surya's Sikander are hitting screens on August 14 and 15 respectively. Imagine the scene for Aagadu if at all Jr NTR and Surya score big blockbusters. Mahesh's movie will fall short of theatres for sure. Though it manages to get many screens somehow, theatres at crucial centres will be missed.And if the run of Rabhasa and Sikander continues for long and Mahesh too scores a hit with Aagadu, then that impact will surely fall on Govindudu Andarivadele. These days, films are getting released in large number of theatres, and minting their money and quitting theatres in no time. In this kind of trade scenario, it will be tough if last comers, here Mahesh and Charan in this case. Let us see how they overcome these two hurdles.

Yes, Young Tiger has donned a new avatar for 'Rabhasa'. The best part of NTR's 23rd flick is the actor turning into a choreographer and composes dance moves for himself. Makers have been with the idea of using this special song for promotional campaign of the movie. Apparently, NTR's Rabhasa is carrying low buzz and the ineffective first look teaser have to be blamed for it. The reports of Tarak's choreography will generate the positive buzz for sure. Except for 12 days of Talkie and some Patch Work, The shoot of 'Rabhasa' which is being directed by Kandireega fame Santosh Srinivas is complete. Last day of working for NTR is July 9th. Audio release will be in the 3rd week of July and movie hits the screens on Independence Day (August 15th).

Despite giving his nod to a leading producer (whose recent film is a superhit) in principle, reigning star NTR is hesitant about the huge debts of that producer. Because, his film will have to carry the burden of the debt ( a usual practice in T-town), so scion of Nandamuri clan, is keeping his options open.
Since the said producer has reported run up debts of Rs. 20 crore, piled up by his previous disasters, but he claims that the debt is just 10 crores, which is manageable and under control. Whereas, NTR has his own doubts and checking it out with his friends in the industry, however, the director is busy in fine-tuning the script, but surely there is a 'trust deficit' between producer and actor, so let's see, how things would pan out.

Few days ago a press note has been sent from producer BVSN Prasad stating that Jr NTR's next film under Sukumar direction will be launched in April. When news circles started speculating that this project has been canceled due to dismal performance of Sukumar's 1 Nenokkadine, this press note was sent to put an end to those speculations.
However, as per latest news from film nagar sources, the speculations turned out to be true as NTR is apprehensive about doing his next with Sukumar. The director earned bad name for escalating the budget and taking so long to wrap up a film. Therefore NTR is not in a mood to experiment with Sukumar right now. There is another news floating around that Sukumar asked for one year time to prepare subject for NTR and hence this film is postponed indefinitely. If everything falls in place this project may start in 2015, sources said. One thing is pretty clear at this point. NTR is not going to do Sukumar's film as his next. Meanwhile his current film Joru (earlier Rabhasa) is expected to release in July.

Tentative release dates for both Aagadu and Rabhasa are fixed for May month only. Jr NTR is contemplating to hit on May 9th, while Mahesh wants to sizzle on silver screen on Krishna's birthday even on May 31st. whatever it is, the clash between Mahesh and Jr NTR at around same time is what keeping fans fingers crossed. Earlier, they clashed with Khaleja and Brindavanam, and Jr NTR stood winner that time. Later Mahesh gave a fitting reply with Dookudu, while Junior's Oosaravelli limped. So for the third time, Mahesh and NTR are locking horns and the result is what fans are excited about.Aagadu is being directed by Srinu Vytla and features Tamanna, Prakash Raj and Rajendra Prasad alongside Mahesh. Santosh Srinivas is making Rabhasa with Jr NTR, Samantha and Praneetha in the leads. Both the films have music scored by Thaman.

When is Jr. NTR's Rabhasa going to hit the screens? Earlier it was announced that this film will release on March 28, the day on which Aadi was released. But due to rescheduling this film is now pushed to May. As per film sources, Rabhasa will release on May 9th, the date that has turned out to be super lucky for Megastar Chiranjeevi.
Two of Chiranjeevi's biggest hits were released on May 9th. Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari and Gang Leader turned out to be monstrous hits and released on the same date in consecutive years. Gabbar Singh was actually slated for May 9th release, but it came on May 11th. Pawan Kalyan planned to release Gabbar Singh 2 on May 9th this year, but that film's shoot has been delayed. So NTR is coming on this mega date and if this proves to be lucky for him, we will get to see that long pending blockbuster from the Young Tiger. Rabhasa is carrying positive reports among the industry circles. It is shaping up so well that it will have everything that summer audience expect from a big star's film, sources told.
