The Victory star, who has already scored two hits like Nuvvu Naku Nachav and Malliswari with K Vijaya Bhaskar, has teamed up again with the director for the third time for this movie, which is the remake of hit Hindi film Bol Bachchan. Written and directed by Rohit Shetty, Bol Bachchan was a romantic comedy movie with all other commercial ingredients.
Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan had played the lead roles in the movie. Now, Venkatesh and Ram are reprising the roles of Ajay-Abhi respectively in its Telugu version Masala, which features Anjali and Shazahn Padamsee as their love interests. Jaya Prakash Reddy, Ali, MS Narayana, Kovai Sarala and Brahmanandam are playing other important roles in the film.
Jointly produced by Daggubati Suresh Babu and Sravanthi Ravi Kishore, the film Masala has released in theares across the globe today (November 14). The movie is get positive response in its first show. Many film goers, who are now watching it in theatrs, could not stop going gaga over its comic quotient.
