Akhil In Manam? - Truth Revealed

One of those big rumours that is doing rounds in Film Nagar from a while is about upcoming young hero Akhil Akkineni's dream debut on Telugu silver screen. Big news is that he will be seen in a miniscule role in Legend ANR's last movie 'Manam'. With release date inching fast, Gulte.com tried to find out what exactly is true about this news.

To make things pretty clear, Akhil is not debuting on silver screen with 'Manam'. Maybe he will be seen in the making video of the movie, but he is not playing any bit-role or guest-appearance in the movie that features ANR, Nag and Chaitu. In fact, Akhil has visited the sets of Manam on the last day of shoot of Akkineni Nageswara Rao. The whole Akkineni family visited the sets that day as they want to see ANR's performance under arc-lights for one last time.

But that day, Samantha tweeted that Akhil is on sets and that led to belief that he is acting in 'Manam'. Otherwise, Akkhil is just waiting for the right script to make his debut and that takes place post release of 'Manam' like Nagarjuna said it many times earlier.
